Prototyping

Vector offers services for prototyping everything from single pieces to small lots of test parts and components. Many of our customers use our services to verify their first article needs. Integrated with a robust supply chain, Vector presents a number of options for manufacturing prototype parts.

Prototype Options:

• Machined Piece-parts including first article, test-flight hardware, experimental, and one-offs
• Additive Manufacturing
• Stereolithography (SLA) – Using a variety of materials including ABS, Ultem, polycarbonate, Somo, and Duraform. SLA is great for parts requiring characteristics similar to injection-molded ABS or polypropylene, and for higher-temperature applications and exceptional clarity.
